AWD Galant Sleeper

This is a 1991 Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 AWD 5 speed owned by Jesse Gaudlap. Jesse lives in the sunshine state of Florida in Jacksonville. Jesse has been in the high performance scene for most his life working on muscle cars with his family. After getting older Jesse still liked the muscle car scene but soon fell in love with imports. He has developed a DSM habit owning some eclipses,lasers, and talons. After owning mostly non-turbo front wheel drive cars he decided he needed more for his DSM performance fixation. After learning about these hard to find AWD turbo Galants he had to get one and this is how the saga unfolds.

The search began so Jesse starting looking on E-bay and other websites. He found a package deal with two VR-4′s and started bidding. After a time he checked back on the auction progress and he won it. He got the cars from Orlando,FL and sold one of them. This VR-4 has a production badge that says 145/2000 and was very clean and rust free for a 1991 model with 153,000+/- miles on the odometer. Jesse has owned this car since January 2009 and has it looking very clean I must add.

Jesse drives and enjoys this car and has been all over Florida in it. He has started modifying and has big plans to turn this little sedan into a speed demon with 350-400 whp. He has manufactured some turbo plumbing for a faster spool but the way he did it was to be able to keep the stock bumper and lights for the famous sleeper look.
